有非洲醫生之稱的史懷哲博士(Albert.Schweitzer)說過一句話:“良善是去珍惜保存生命, 推展激發生命, 提升它的最高價值與潛力。反之﹐邪惡是去毀壞生命, 傷害或抑制生命的發展能力。"
米樂夫人相信,人人要保存﹐推展和提升個人的生命價值是從幫助他人開始﹐可以由此創造一個更美好和平的社會。人生短暫﹐我的人生目的是﹕不停的得愛和得智慧﹐再把自已的愛和智慧與他人分享。

      以迎合今日多方元多變的社會,人類資源學不但是一門專注於人類資源實際應用和開發的方針﹐並且是一門具備良好敏感度和慈愛同憫心的知識。以幫助他人為主要動力﹐我選擇這門人類資源學專業知識,來達到我終身學習如何更正面和良好的分法幫助需要幫助的人﹐提升生命的最高價值與潛力。
從高中畢業後﹐由於家中有某些經濟困難﹐放棄進大學好幫助家業。  1987年, 滿懷完成高等教育的夢想,以提高能力好服務他人,我移居美國加州。
     
     1995年﹐我有機會在加州爾灣谷學院繼續我的大學教育。幸運地﹐有傑出的教授們引導我進入生活的一個新領域。不但取得心理學二專資格和大學營養學系四年大學學位﹐並在2004年取得人類資源學碩士，完成了我一心追求學習專業新知和高等教育的理想。

      由於深刻的求知慾和繼續追求學習新知的趨使下, 去年十一月,我在東森建立一個米樂夫人部落格, 一可以提高我的個人寫作能力外﹐也可籍部落格”來分享自已的個人專業知識和生活經驗, 來達到幫助他人的目的．．
         
       並且靜心等候,希望有一天, 我能用自己的方式, 使小小的身邊週遭世界能變得更美好和諧。當然我了解自已是一個小人物, 但我的生活經驗啟發我得以認知“學習分享”的重要性。深深地希望,能善用這部落格書寫機會的幫助下，逐步完成我個人終生分享目標。
   
       米樂夫人部落格中包括有關個人的生活與日常經驗以散文或打油詩方式來與大眾分享。事實上, 米樂夫人部落格大部分是以傳播健康有關的信息為主。目的是要促進大眾平日對良好飲食習慣的警覺, 希望大家有更健康身心有更快樂的人生! Be Happy!
There is a saying by Albert Schweitzer: “Good is to preserve life, to promote life, to raise to its highest value. Evil is to destroy, injure or repress life which is capable of development.” I believe, to preserve and promote life is starting from helping others which can create a better and peaceful society. Human Resources—a focus on practical application of human resources in today’s changeable and diversity society with sensitivity and compassion. This specialized skills and knowledge, to attract, retain and develop human resources can help me to achieve my goal of helping others. To provide a positive and good service to others, it needs a good knowledge which is required a lifelong learning. To keep learning is a main motivation of mine to choose Human Resources profession. After I graduated from high school. Because my family had some economic difficulty so I quit school and helped the family business. In 1987, I immigrated from Taiwan to the United States, carrying a dream of getting a higher education to enhance ability to sever others. Finally, I had opportunity to continue my education in Irvine Valley College since 1995. My fine professors guided me through a new field of my life. I finished my AA degree and had completed my undergraduate degree and Human Resources graduate program to carry on to pursue my dream of lifelong learning. With deep curiosity, I realized that to be a Blogguide member could enhance my ability to help others . . . and some day to, in my own way, help this to be a better world. Of course I realize I am just one small person, but my life experience has inspired me to learn. As of the writing of this blog, I have been credited with over six years of college study. My dream of a graduate education has become a reality. I deeply hope that I can work and learn to complete this life-long goal to sever others with the aid of this opportunity.

我相信, 保存和促進生活是從幫助其他人開始可能創造一個更好和平安的社會。人的資源集中於人力資源的實際應用在今天多變和變化社會以敏感性和慈心。這專業技能和知識, 吸引, 保留和開發人力資源可能幫助我達到我幫助其他人的目標。提供一項正面和好服務對其他人, 它需要被要求終身學會的好知識。繼續學習是選擇人力資源行業為我的主要動力。
在我從高中畢業了之後。由於我家有某一經濟困難因此我放棄了學校和幫助家業。1987 年, 我移居了外國從臺灣到美國, 滿懷得到高等教育夢想提高能力以服務他人。終於, 自1995 年以來，我有機會在爾灣谷學院繼續我的教育。我的傑出的教授引導了我通過我的生活的一個新領域。我完成了我的AA 程度和完成我的大學學位和人力資源畢業的課程，繼續追求我的終身學習夢想。
以深刻的求知慾, 我體會那是Blogguide 成員能提高我的能力幫助其他人。．．並且待到某一天, 用我自己的方式, 幫助一個更好的世界。當然我體會我是一個小人物, 但我的生活經驗啟發我去學習。我相信經過六年學院訓練，這blog書寫文字我很熟練。我的夢想是學校畢業也成為事實。我深深地希望, 我能在這書寫機會的幫助下，寫作和學會完成這個終生目標，並且服務其他人。」
